Madstad fitting help needed

I am trying to fit my madstad bracket and want to get it right. It did not come with any instrctions - is that normal?
Can anyone help please. I have done a search but nothing comes up.
Thanks,

This thread is from fall 2006, but it also has photos of the installation. I don't think your new bracket is any different from the one used, other than maybe the new knobs.

The website has contact info, give him a call, maybe he can e-mail the instructions to you.

I don't know where mine are, otherwise I'd tell you.

Here is the install at The Reverend's website, shown mounted without the windshield attached.

Mine definately came with instructions since I remember the hokey little pictures showing me where to put the stick on rubber tabs. However, the installation is pretty intuative and if you lay things up first and picture where the screws and holes should line up, you would be fine. BUT....call them...nice folks and I bet they would email you the instructions.

I love mine, best results for me are middle (default) position, all the way back and about a 1/4 of the way up, to right before to slot shifts. It made a huge difference with cross winds. Several times I looked down and saw I was going almost 100mph in 5th and it felt like 70 before. I also think it creates more down force on the front wheel which greatly aids stability.
