When using risers to alleviate the upper back/between the shoulder blades pain, is more distance better? I've noticed that some risers will move the bars back farther than others. This is my first bike, so I don't have any previous experience to draw on.
I do know that my problem is due to ergonomics and not tensing up or such.
I think that is personal preferrence. I went with Genmar up and back risers. I wanted to be completely upright and not reaching and putting constant presure on my wrists. If I need to tuck lower I can but for regular riding they are very comfy for me.
