Windstrom Windsheild

Does anyone have any insight on how effective the Windstrom is?

Yep just installed mine two days ago and I have spent the last 280 miles
adjusting it to my liking. I am 6' tall. shield is at 2nd slot from bottom.
And I had to add 3 rubber washers to the bottom windstrom mounting screws to tilt the top of the screan back closer to me for my liking

I like the Windstrom. I'm 6'1".
I never had problems with buffeting using the stock screen, because in the lowest position I had clean air (no turbulence) coming over the windscreen and striking directly on the visor of my helmet (not the top, which causes buffeting).
I did, however, have a lot of wind noise. Overwhelmed earplugs and the ipod.
The Windstrom has solved this quite nicely.

works great when there is no gusts of wind / turbulence from big vehicles. It's almost like the stocker at that point, did a 3 hour trip to houston and nearly had a migraine from the headshake. I just ordered the TS option and should be here tomorrow, hope it fixes it for good. They claim "Goldwing-like comfort"

We shall see...

I'm 6'2 1/2" with a 36" inseam. I ditched the stock screen for a Manta almost a year ago. No buffeting. I've done a number of 5-600+ mile days and am very pleased with the product. Here's a pix installed. . . .
