Mirror Extentions

Hey guys & gals! I am new to this site, this might have been asked before but I have wide shoulders and have problems seeing what is behind me in the side mirrors. I ride an 02 Vstrom.

Does anybody know where or/if I could get mirror extenders?
Or have a solution for me.

Thanks

Here is one solution for you......... http://www.holeshot.com/

After you click on the DL1000 pic....go to middle section of page and look in the touring products. You'll see the mirror extensions located there.

KTM mirrors work great, look very nice, less wind noise and I can easily see behind me. There are a couple different sizes available. I have the smaller profile Duke model. New street legal dual sport KTMs have a larger mirror. They are maybe $25 more then buying the extenders but worth it.

2003 V - ASV C5 Levers, Univ. Solex bars, grip heaters, ktm mirrors, c.stand, SW Mo Engine grds,Two Bros, PC3, Garmin, Givi 460, tank bag, F. Extenda, BackOff, Super Brace, Elka Shock, Race Tech Gold. AWD/Mr.Ed's Moto seat mod. Dumonde Tech Racing Oil, Spider grips, Contour.

I have a pair of these, with "farkle extensions" and they're great. I have a RAM ball mounted on each, for GPS, etc. They also make both mirrors the same height, which they're not by default.

I've been thinking about getting a pair. They really help that much, eh ? Of course, the mirrors will probably break if the bike goes on its side, where the old style mirrors did not when I put my bike on it's side once.

Also, I can't find the Ram Rubber ball with threaded stud in 1" diameter, which is what my Garmin 2610 needs. Only the 1.5" with threaded stud is available, I believe.

Correction ! They do make a RAM 1" BALL W/ 1/4"-20 ALUM STUD. The item # is
RAM-B-237U .
