Low Tech Seat Mod

I ride to work on my Strom every day (15 miles). Morning temps here are currently in the low 20s. I don't have a garage so my seat is pretty cold in the am. I take a small bath towel fresh out of the dryer and fold it in thirds then drape it over the seat like a saddle blanket. It not olny povides that extra warmth, the additonal cusion and hight are perfect for me. I started doing this on my Nighthawk but I would have to clean the ice of the seat first. I got a cover for my strom so I don't have to do that anymore.

Peace carries a big gun!

I added an inch of memmory foam to the front of my DL650 seat - gives me more leg room & conforms comfortably to my rear!

I like your seat warmer idea - I will try it with my glove liners on cold mornings to keep my hands warm for the beginning of my commute.
