Winter project 17" front wheel GSF 650 K7

So I read the 17" front wheel threads put up by Exploring Carolina and was impressed by the project so much I thought I would have a go at it.
Initial problems my end were my Wee is a 2010 with abs, so it had to be a wheel I could fit the abs ring onto & brake rotor spacing was correct so it had to be a very late SV wheel with abs.
Problem 1:
I could not find a used late SV wheel (suitable for abs ring and my late wee rotors) new costs ruled it out would have cost $600 for a new SV abs wheel & as lovely as that would be my budget will not stretch that far.
So after much trawling found a K7 GSF 650 used wheel in the UK which my abs ring & rotors could be fitted to at a sensible cost.

Now it arrived today and initial inspection showed (as I suspected) that this is not that straight forward. Brake rotors should fit as will ABS ring though I will have to drill & tap.
Problem 2:
Next up bearing sizes are different (same bearings and axle diameter as a Vee) though I think I can solve this by using 6300 series bearings which have a similar load rating to the V and way above the standard Wee. Seals I am not worried about as I work in engineering & can get just about any size
Problem 3:
My worry is the speed sensor until I get the wheel off and start measuring I am not sure it will fit on the GSF wheel.
I am hopefull that I can use the Glee sprocket speed sensor & Glee wheel spacer/spacers on this project. I will have to get a speed healer whichever way I go so not too worried about accuracy just fitting it all so it looks nice & works.

Any constructive thoughts/ideas/input welcome not interested in "why would I do it" etc or no good for offoad because I don go offroad on this bike & this has already been covered in previous threads.

I will be taking photographs etc & going through whole mod even if it does not work, if it does then will do a technical build manual for any that are interested.

Moved up to Suzuki B-King, nothing much beats me at the lights
Still miss my 2010 White Wee
