Recovering seat What foam do I use?

Hi, I'm going to recover my brother's Nighthawk seat. Have any of you done this before, and if so what foam should I use and where should I get it?

PS I'm doing this on his bike first to see if I could feasibly do it to my Strom, haha

I got a nice chuckle from that, K60ST!

Clintk - you might try upholstery shops. I've found dense cushion foams at sewing supply stores like JoAnn's as well.

Thanks guys. We already tried spray foam, but apparently it sticks to his pants when he sits down.

We're going on a 2000 mile give or take a few trip at the end of July and so we are looking for more butt comfort, especially him. Have any of you ever tried riding a nighthawk 250 for more than an hour?

Thanks for the suggestions I'll check them out.

Check these out (I used to have a zr-7):

I also read a bunch of posts from people that use memory foam (like nasa foam). I bought some, it was like $15 off the internet... but I never used it, so, I can't really give a review of it.
