drilled stock exhaust cans?

Has anybody drilled their stock exhanst cans like described here?

I've done it. Drilled the center tube inside and 8, 1/4 inch holes around the center tube. I like the sound, and no harmful effects. It's not quite as deep a sound as the Staintunes or as loud as the 2 Brothers but its a lot cheaper. Start with just 2 holes and keep adding until you get the sound you want, but don't cut the whole ring out. The baffle tube needs some support at the end or it will eventually break loose and fall out. Several have done this, and while you may like it, there's no going back if you don't.

I was wondering about this, as it is just a tad to quite for me. Now I donít want to be like my obnoxious neighbors HD but a little more sound would be cool.

I drilled out my baffle 1/3 using a 3/8" extended drill bit. Sounds much better. I wouldn't advise drilling more than 1/3 of the baffle (you need some back pressure).
