It may work, but I have no clue why either of my Suzukis would need an "electronic timing retard eliminator". Only think I can think of is a possible performance boost from running higher octane fuel. But both of them run fine on 87 octane gas - and I'm happy with that.

Timing Retard ELiminator

Yes, it works.
Does what it says.

Keep in mind that the European 'Stroms are slightly different in respect to the whole timing retard issue. From what I understand that particular TRE won't work properly with U.S. spec 'Stroms. My info is based on a manufacturer that produces both models. Might do a bot more research before spending your money.

I'd never even consider a part like that without documented proof, and strong recommendations from this forum and the other one. I figured somebody would have given it a shot.

There are discussion threads on this in the other forum that say this TRED does not do what it says.

I have to admit that I don't have one. I based my comment on other info about a TRE for suzuki's from Ivan's, who is reputable.

I spoke without direct knowledge. Sorry.

My questions would be, how often do you run into the rev limiter ?

Not something that is a problem IMHO.
