PIAA HeadLights for V-Strom

Looking to purchase a set of the PIAA 510 headlights for my 08 1000 V-Strom.
Can any one tell me the best ones to buy for a V-Strom and where to mount them.

I got the 510 and have them mounted with the light bar that I got from Amoto.

I've got the smaller 35w PIAA lights (don't recall the model #) mounted upside down on a Twisted Throttle light bar that mounts under the front fairing. Switch is on the inside of the left handguard. If I was purchasing now, I'd seriously look at the new small LED driving lights at Twisted Throttle.

Yes indeed, the new LEDs are the way to go. Super bright and hardly any power draw. The Wee doesn't have a lot to spare and those halogens will suck up a lot of it.

If money is no object, try some of these www.clearwaterlights.com
