Taller rider wondering about the Wee

Recently I sold my learner bike (1984 Honda Shadow VT700) and am thinking about taking the V-Strom plunge. From everything I've read, I think that I would prefer the Wee. However, I'm wondering if it will be a very comfortable ride for me. I'm 6'3" and weigh around 230 with my riding gear on. My old bike was pretty cramped even with engine guards and highway pegs. More than an hour and I would need to stop for a long stretch break.

Part of my reason for wanting a Wee is to go touring. If it isn't a comfortable fit, I won't want to ride it. My question for you: is a Wee going to be comfortable for me? And if it won't be stock, what would I need to do to get it to fit properly?

I'm 6'3" and around 250. I have the Vee but I think the seat is a little shorter on the Wee. Try to test ride one if possible. You could probably get a 1000 seat from somebody who bought aftermarket or buy aftermarket yourself. I doubt you will have trouble with fittment.

A few modifications and you'll be fine. I'm 6'4" and have done the following.

Givi shield
Evo foot pegs, mounted in the low position
Tall suzuki touring gel seat
Pro Taper SE HI bars
Bar risers from twisted throttle (They've got a new set up that looks pretty cool now.
An that's it, just hit 9,700 miles today and no fit problems since the mod's.

In addition, I run with the fork showing 1/2" above the forkclamp. If you go to the top, the bike handles like shit. Don't mess with replacing the dogbones, they don't change anything other than the handling if you go with a taller version
