A deal I could not pass up

I just purchased a 09 1k for 2k$ with 69 thousand km. Comes with Touratech Zega sidecases and gps holder. Now to figure out what to do with it. Sorry I just had to post this.

I would love to find one at that price - I'm even currently looking. You never find deal like this when you are actively looking - seems like its always a chance occurrence.

Cut to fit, hammer to shape, paint to match.

I went for a good long run today. Here are a few issues I noted:
infamous clutch chudder, the chain is due for replacement and stalls while stopping at intersections.

The chain issue is easy enough and it will need a TBS. The clutch chudder is another thing.

But man the torque on this thing is satisfying!

Make sure hot idle speed is around 1200/1300 RPM, should help with the stalling.

That's one hell of a deal. If I came across something like that, I'd grab it up too.

My wife would not be pleased, but for a bargain like this, I'd figure out a way to deal with sleeping on the couch for a while... ;-)

I'm making a note of that, thanks.
