Road trip to BC

Well, just under one month to departure date of July 5th. The plan is to get to the rockies and explore.

Leaving from the Toronto area early, first stop planned is Pancake Provincial park just past Sault Ste Marie. Second day hopefully make just east of Thunder Bay. Third should be into westrern Manitoba and fourth day hopefully into Alberta. Mostly on the TCH till Alberta. Then into the rockies and see what happens, not sure if I'm actually going to make the coast.
The plan is for 2 weeks, I have a couple of extra days just in case.

Return trip will be through the states, map that out as I go along. Will stop in Michigan at my brother's place, that will be the last stop before home.

I will be camping mostly, hopefully the weather will be nice and warm.

If anyone wants to come along or hook up on route for a day or two, you are more than welcome.

Motorcycle campers in S E WA state

If anyone is camping on their various tours on motorcycles and find yourself in the area of S E Washington state and would like a free campsite you may use my secluded back lot--its about a quarter acre with walnut trees, potable water, and fire pit.

There is some serious good riding, on pavement or offroad in this region (Walla Walla, WA). I also have a compressor and tire irons and some other equipment if service is necessary. PM me in advance if you want to do this.

Travel assistance in Manitoba appreciated and I might just go down the west cost to Walla Walla as that drive near the ocean is calling me Since I will be miles and miles away from comfort and friends, I would love to tinker with my new Vee to make sure its all good to go for the ride back home!!! I will PM both of you guys and will make plans. I am very excited to start my trip and as I will be solo, I will be a little nervous and excited at the same time. Knowing that there are great people everywhere makes my worries ignorable
Cheers,
Rick

Just picked up a Nuvi 550 from radio world the other week. $400 including the bike mounts and wires. Hard wired it to my battery, also hard wire a USB power adapter to charge my cell phone and Ipod.
