Simple question from someone who is electronically challenged....

I have read a lot about easternbeaver and various individuals really good experiences with Jim's Vstrom fuse panel and related wiring harness(es). Seems some folks have also had good luck with the Blue Seas fuse panel and then matching up the appropriate wiring through a local automotive shop (which seems to be quite a bit cheaper).

Nuts and Bolts Question: Seems Jim's product is quite a bit more expensive, but it is fundamentally a "plug and play" type set-up, where the Blue Seas set-up is piece mealed....and for me....WAY beyond my typical thought process....

Is EB worth almost double...i.e. worth the "plug & play" and quality?

Any suggestions for a Blue Seas set-up?

Any comments for that matter?

Thanks!!!

I had a Blue Seas and replaced it with a PC8. The Blue Seas is bigger, only has six outputs and all are ignition on hot. The PC8 is smaller and lighter, has six ignition on hot and two always hot connections. I ran out of connections and wanted the box in a smaller space. The plug and play but wasn't an issue for me. In fact, I used the same connections for the PC8 as the BS.
