If you're going to put it under the seat where most do (and where there is tons of room to do so), waterproof isn't a huge issue. Even if it gets wet during water crossings, its still fine. Your biggest enemy at that point would be corrosion, which can be taken care of when cleaning the bike (if you do that sort of thing).
Bought and installed the EB PC8.
Install was easy and straight forward. Have since added air horns, battery charger, Dyno-Jet PC III and a couple 12 VDC power outlets through the unit, all very easy as well.
I've got a Fuzeblock FZ-1 installed on my Wee. I like the fact that it's got the relay built-in, and their clever technique of being able to change a circuit from "switched" to "unswitched" (i.e., always on) simply by moving the fuse over.
Having said that... The total capacity ain't great, and I'm probably going to bypass it when I install the 20A headlight relay, just using an inline fuse. I probably would've gone with the Eastern Beaver box, had it not come out two weeks after I got the FZ-1...
