Why isn't number 14 available to buy?

Dropped the bike at slow speed and now the bars are unaligned. I looked at it and think I need to buy #14 as well as the bolt, but it seems unavailable for purchase.

From what I could find, it states they are no longer made by Suzuki. There seems to be a few on ebay, Google the part number. 56221-27E00.
Good luck

Take handles off, get a big pipe that will go over the ends. Bend back.

Risers are pretty generic. You should be able to buy aftermarket.

The riser on this bike mounts in rubber so I am a bit surprised it is causing your issue. I raced bikes for years as well as owning a OEM motorcycle shop and seen more out of aligned handlebars than I could count but I can't recall ever seeing that particular part being damaged. I have seen MANY bent handlebars as well as many forks twisted in the triple clamps. Are you certain this part is the cause of your bars being a bit off?

The offset risers that he has in that picture may have provided enough leverage to bend the bolt. Although I doubt that the riser itself is bent. Easiest way to figure it out is take a few minutes, take it apart and lay everything on a flat bench.

It's entirerly possible that the handlebars are bent as well, but when I bent down to look at it from the side, the number 14 part looked bent forward to me from that angle. If those don't bend then maybe that long bolt 15 that holds it on did.
It is unlikely #14 is bent. More likely the bars are bent and distorting the rubber cushion on #14. Take the bars off and see if the bar riser relaxes to it original position. It may take a little persuasion.

I just went through the same thing on my 07'. I would recommend taking all the controls off the stem, including the lower section of the mounts (the pieces with rubber). Mine wouldn't center correctly until I removed all the bind by removing them.

Use something, like your handlebars if they're straight, to keep the mounts straight as you incrementally tighten them down. Before solving this, I was trying to just loosen everything to align but it was really stubborn and wouldn't.
Ebay has some.

Need a bigger pipe, but it looks like it ain't the handle bars that got bent

Spin one of the clamps 180 and see if you get a different result.

This could also tell you which one is the problem.

I was very surprised how easily the one on my Yamaha bent.

Could be the camera effect, but those mounts/the bar doesn't quite look parallel to me.
Either a handlebar lower clamp bolt (#15) is bent - or the anti-vibration rubber bushes are compressed.
Undo the nut underneath, remove and inspect.
