Blue Strom with red fuel tank, travelling with a white BMW 650GS on Wheelbarrow Ridge road around lunch time today.

Are you a member here?

Remember seeing this on your ride by any chance?

It's my "other" bike.

If I saw a spotless KLR I'd remember :green_lol:.
I thought you bought it for dirt Ock

That was before I got to the mud puddles. :fineprint:

Actually most of the tracks and roads are dry, just small damp patches in the main up where I went.

The only water crossing was over Wheeny Creek [along with plenty of people camping there].

The bike and I came home covered more in dust than mud.

Probably the same one Muddy, I didn't get to see the left hand side.
They didn't stop, nodded to me while standing on the pegs as they went by.

I will start to check Post Office Wanted posters for them Don. :fineprint:

I resemble that. Yep me on both accounts. Yes I had a quick look at your bike.
Now if I'd been on this one instead you might have stopped

If you had stopped I probably would have tagged along [assuming you and your mate were ok with it, I am a BMWTCNSW member as well you know :yesnod: ].

I did head back that way in the end but went through to Wiseman's first.

Wandering with no specific plan or time frame on the day. :hurray:

Clocked up over 200km on the old KLR for the day [the Wee needs front wheel bearings, chain and sprockets, I now have them here from SV Racing and hopefully will get to do it all over the weekend].

Maybe we will catch up for coffee sometime in our travels.

Cheers,
Ock

Next time I'll stop Ock. We were on a bit of a mission, started out at Kulnura when I was about to go home and put a new clutch in my other Strom when I ran into a mate, he said casually "nice day for a ride" so faced with this verbal assault, not sure if it was a statement or an invitation, I replied "let's go" so we did 320km in less than 5 hours, 1 stop just after we saw you at Colo heights.
Be good to have a coffee with you.
Bob
