Saw a white wee on the move eastbound at about 4:30 PM on Broad Street in Montoursville, PA (Lycoming County). Operator was wearing fluorescent green. This is the 2nd wee in 24 hours in almost the same location. Yesterday a red one was parked in the same area.
This is the first white one that i have seen on the road (other than mine) and I immediately had the urge to go home and check the garage to see if mine was still there
. Gosh the white ones are good looking in motion (stopped too).
