Going through something hanging of airbox to the top of front cylinder head?

It's cable wrap used to dress wiring harnesses, but it isn't oem.

Not that, down yonder... look deeper. Ok,I straightened it up, I hope it was not supposed to be that way...

Got it. Had to go through thick Service Manual to find on the very back Emission Control System diagram. It's a fresh air supply hose for front cylinder. I wonder what impact on performance I had before it was twisted like that. Well, last time I did TBS with that hose twisted. I'm thinking I need to repeat it, good think last time I installed extension rubber tubing and attached ports in very convenient place...

TBS, to do or not to do? What do you think?
