Tomorrow I'm leaving North Conway via route 112 (the Kanc), following the NH/VT border to Deerfield MA and the headed home to Roslindale.

Any suggestions for routes through Western MA? Particularly good coffee on the way.

Cheers

From Deerfield, 116 East to 47 North, cross over 63 to North Leverett Road to Lockes Village Road to Wendell Depot Road to Depot Road to Route 2A to 122 East to 62 East, stop in Princeton Center at Mountainside Market for good Joe, delicious sandwiches and salads and comfy seating, head East on 62 to 117 East to 128/95…

When you head northwest out of Boston on 119, banging a right onto 124 in West Townsend and riding it ALL the way up to Route 101 in NH can be a hoot, too. You have to slow down going through the village of New Ipswich and Jaffrey 'downtown' but once you're north of Jaffrey and there isn't anyone piddling along in front of you, 124 is a blast all the way up Marlborough and 101.

I'm also rather fond of Route 31 between Ashby (Mass) and Wilton (NH) especially on the Wilton end.
