So I have a nifty '05 Wee that I really like. It came with Givi racks and SW Motech crash bars among other farkles. On the Givi racks, the PO made mounts for Pelican 1550 cases that he also included in the sale. I thought that is exactly what I wanted for the Wee: Caribou or Caribou-like side cases.
Since I decided not to get rid of my ST1100, I have no need for another bike with side cases. I like the Wee a whole lot better without the cases on the sides too. I think I want to put one of the 1550's on the back as a top box and have no side cases. As such, I can't really think of a lot of reasons to keep the Givi racks on the Wee either. I was wondering if there's any sort of fall over protection available for the wee without side case racks? It is even necessary with the SW Motech crash bars on the front?
