I called National Cycle and asked them if the 2014+ V-Stream windscreens fit the 2018's, and they said they didn't know, but would get back to me about it. So has anyone with a 2018 tried fitting their current 3rd gen windscreens.

Don't think so. Since they changed the windscreen and they've make it adjustable for 2018

Ya, I called National Cycle again today and the guy I spoke to said the screens are totally different than the 2014 / 2016 screens.

I just ordered a 2018 DL1000 screen for my 2014 Vee2, so I will find out in a few days whether they are interchangeable.
Comparing the 2018 with a new 2016 model in the bike shop, the mounts appeared the same even though the shape of the upper screen is different.
The screen is only $70 AUD so I think it's worth it if the air flow is actually improved over the 2014 screen.

Thanks.

Looking forward to what you find out.
