Depends on your weight to a degree but I run 40/42 lbs (2.75/2.89 Bar) here in Melbourne all year around including 40C + days in Summer.

Most manufacturers are now recommending 34-36 psi for the front and 40-42 psi for the rear tyre. I'd been running my Anakees at 32/36. I asked one tyre fitter if this applied only to high performance road tyres but he said these pressures were now being recommended for dual-sport tyres as well. Seems high to me, but my new Anakees now run 34/42.

I've been running everythng at 37F/42R on my Vee

set of karoo Ts lasted about 7500 miles at those pressures, and continental Trail Attacks lasted over 10k and were still servicable when I took them off and replaced with the karro Ts I run in winter

oem trailwings, D067s, Maxxis Detours and conti road attacks only lasted 6000-7500 miles at those pressures
