Hey Y'all!

So I am riding my wee with my brother and good friend (both on their own wee's) from Michigan to Brazil in the summer. Our event is called The Long Road 2015. Officially we leave May 4, and come back in the vicinity of 127 days.
Now we are doing this trip 1. Because it's gonna be awesome, and 2. We are trying to raise money for the Wounded Warrior Project whom we are endorsed by. So far we've raised over $500 which is a great start.
I'm not asking for donations however, if you wanna that would be great. (we don't get any of it btw)
I would like to ask that if you could please share our even and cause on facebook, twitter, google+, or whatever you use.
I have a great deal of respect for our servicemen and women and personally think this is a great cause, and I want people to know about it.
If you wanna check out the blog for info on us and more details about our event: The Long Road 2015
We also have facebook, twitter, google+:

We could use your help :)

Also I am very interested on hearing tips about traveling on the wee (this is my first cross continent journey), and if anyone has done something similar please let me know about your experience.
We'd love to meet other wee riders along the way so if anyone is doing this trip this summer let us know! :)

Thanks everyone

Danger in SA?

Also if anyone has traveled in Mexico and South America much, are motorcyclists targeted much in terms of violence/drug lords etc?
I am thinking about making my wee less red, but I am wondering if it's really necessary?

Three fellows from here in Kamloops shipped their motorcycles from Vancouver to the southern tip of South America, and are riding 33000 km back to Kamloops. They've made it as far north as Costa Rica, and are staying there for a few days, meeting up with wives and friends. I've been following their blog, and it doesn't sound like they've ever felt unsafe. The link to the blog is here. Enjoy! https://motociclistasamigos.wordpress.com/map-link/ P.S. one of them is on a Wee, the other two on GS's

Thanks! I'm heading to the blog now :)
I don't think there will be too much hassle, I just hear frequently about how dangerous it is. But in all honesty I think it's a little over exaggerated.
Thanks for the link though, it has a lot of great info in it!
