For those of you that live with Zega panniers from Touratech everyday (I commute with them) you know that as nice and solid as the attachment method is, they can be prone to vibrating loose, and if left unnoticed will eventually eject on their own. I have prepared this video describing my solution to this issue, please feel free to cross post to other forums if you think there might be some Zega users there. :thumbup:

very nice....have not had mine come loose yet but the nylon nuts come off all the time including the white lid lanyard nut... I just put some plumbers tape on the threads seems to work. But the extra space gained in your method is nice.:yesnod:
