Top box plate

I picked a 2014 Wee recently that has a top box plate on it that appeared to be for any Givi box until I got it home. Turns out the latch wedge at the back of the plate is backwards to my Givi plate on my other bike. My assumption is the guy was running some knock off box that uses this plate but I have no idea what that might be.. Hoping someone on here is familiar what what box works with this plate. TIA

Yes, a picture is worth a thousand words. BUT, surely that wedge is attached to the plate and not actually one piece with the plate? Can't you just turn it around?

As suggested here are a couple of pictures of the plate that is on the bike. The part I'm pointing has to be turned 180 for a Givi trunk to work and that piece can not be reversed as far as i can see. Its pressed in maybe molded in place? Any suggestions?

It sure looks like a separate piece to me. Have you taken the plate off to have a peek underneath?

Looking at the design stamped on the plate in the third pic, it looks like an Amazon special (possibly ebay as well, although I didn’t check).

Definately NOT Givi/Kappa. You need a different plate. Possibly an E251 Givi universal plate if your case is a Monokey or a Z113C2 for Monolock cases

Givi also sells exact bolt on rear plates fot your 2014 650
SR3101 Monokey w/composite plate
SRA3101 Monokey w/alloy plate
SR3101M Monolock adapter for use w/Z113C2 composi plate
