We are lucky to have Corbin in our backyard. Both my buddies on my current trip rode down to Hollister, CA to have custom Corbins made.

Both bitched about the lack of comfort early in our trip but after 1-2k miles are happy-- 1 more than the other, though. And the guy who is only 98% happy with the fit has been complaining for 4 days that his seat won't fully dry out after rain in Fairbanks! He mentions it every AM when we get back on the bikes.

No such gripes about my $0 stock seat....

Mine is a little different than the current version, no backrest and different detailing, but if you find yourself coming up to the Hudson Valley, you are welcome to come and give it a "test sit". We can take a ride around my neck of the woods while you're here if you are so inclined...

Exactly the help I needed - knew I can count on somebody in this forum.
Like you, I'm not interested in the back rest - detailing is not that important. I just want to 'feel' the seat.
