For the guitar guys,

I got a Seagull Artist Mosaic today. I never expected to own a guitar this good. I'm one happy guy.

So tonight I start to learn the second half of one of the two songs I know how to play.

Can't find My Way Home, by Blind Faith, and "The Rain Song," by some obscure classic English group.

Now it's time to sell my Seagull S6, and my classic solid spruce and mahagony Alvarez 6 and 12 strings. That will bring the guitar count down to a manageable number.

A 'manageable number'....what's that? :) I'm down to 13 or 14 (too lazy to go count), all electric.

It doesn't help that I build them as a hobby...and only know about five chords. :(

I have a Squire (Chinese Fender) Stratocaster HSS and a Fender Mustang LT25 Amp. I'm slowly getting the hang of it after two years, and as soon as I can play more from the Boz Scaggs songbook, I'll upgrade my rig; jonesin' a Duesenberg Falken and a Fender Tonemaster Twin Reverb amp.

My vice is acoustic. A paltry six and three have to go.

One day I might build one. Actually, I've given it a lot of thought, but will probably start by replacing the top on an existing guitar.

No one got my "obscure classic English joke."
I got it, but considered it more an ironical remark than a joke. :)

At the risk of boring the non-guitarists, a couple of photos of older builds:

All scratch-built from plans I draw myself, and pickups all wound by me as well.

Guitar-geek mode now set to 'off'. :)

@larry1096 I echo (make that reverberate) what @jathkajoe said.

I like cool stuff made out of wood, leather, and metal.
You guys are just enablers.... :)

Leather work is my other big hobby:

And just to hear one of the guitars; me playing against a backing track. But I really recommend against listening to it :
