Post what ever is on your mind weather it be pictures from a job, everyday life events you want to share or just need to vent a little about life.

I don’t believe the Amish run the truck at least an Amish didn’t drop it off. It’s from Amish country here in Ohio not sure on any other details.
it’s crazy the things that show up at my shop to be worked on. It will go from this truck and then I might have to work on a backhoe or some other piece of equipment.

Yeah, The farms are throwbacks to another century. I like the way they bundled hay. The children with no shoes and a bit grimy looking reminded me of what poor looks like in most peoples mind. The older girls and Moms look stoic. The men with the beards and archaic ways just project the image of stuck in the past. There are Jewish sects that seem to be similar. Nothing modern for the most part.
Gotta watch for the Dung piles in the corners. Could be slippery than shit! Gotta mind not scaring the horses too.

I've been working from home since the start of March. I'm an engineer by day, and a musician by night haha. No gigs to play so I gotta make use of my gear somehow, so today I repurposed my bass speaker cabinet into a standing desk, and during online meetings I often pick up a guitar and do simple mindless exercises. Before all this I had a pretty good work/life separation.

I mostly play bass, and just play a bit of guitar, mostly for song writing. I have a Fender 5 string Jazz bass, a Peavey Fury 4 string, my 6 string electric guitar is a set neck Epiphone SG. My partner has a fancy Ibanez electric guitar, a set neck Epiphone Les Paul, and a Yamaha classical acoustic. Most musicians in Montreal live in small apartments and I have a lot of storage space so I have stored at my house someone's Cello, a spanish acoustic guitar that got damaged in shipment, and four drum kits. I just can't say no🤦‍♂️

Today I am marvelling that some people have learned great new things during the Covid isolations. Some people can play a new instrument, learned some new crafts or art thing, some folks learned to weld, some people rode a lot or built up a new bike. My new Covid skill is being really good at going to the bathroom during a remote meeting.
