So I want to run a wire from the spare fuse to my Stebel horn. I can't quite see how the existing wires are connected. None of the exiting wires seem to have a spade connector or anything. Maybe the wires were crimped before the terminals were mated to the plastic box. Does anybody know a clean way to do this?

Maybe I should forget the OEM fuse box and tap off of the switched power coming from the ignition.

Mikevstrom, good idea, we think alike. Relays are great to use and rely on to provide power without running heavy loads through you bike's wiring harness.

I got a regular automotive relay from radio shack, 15 amp I think. Powered by a switched tail light wire, hooked to a Centec aux fuse box, to power all accessories.

Using the tail lite wire would also allow use of accessories while parked just by turning the key to the park position.
