Hi Damiro, I think you are looking at the wrong place.
Your arrows are aiming at the rear part of the seat.
I pointed at where you bum may sit.
It's all about the angle hehe

 

I think you're right, they need to be placed on the bike and then take pictures at the same angle

 

I rode on both a stock and the lowering seat, at 5 7” I am able to comfortably ride a Vstrom 1000 with the lowering seat. It is narrower and lower.
