Hi all,

Just spent all day completing a full service, no real problems other than the front spark plug looks, no fells like the previous service left the rubber insert on the plug and I crant get the plug or rubber off. I have tried to remove the rubber by manual means and remove the rubber out of my spark plug sockest and still could not get a purchase on the plug, any ideads other than removing the engine???

Taking out the engine won't help and is way beyond what is needed. I think you are just outside your comfort zone and maybe a bit panicked. Find somebody to help you who has more experience. At worst, taking off the radiator for better access is about as bad as things will get.

getting rubber boot off

no sure about MCS, but for cars like my 97 Jeep there are simple screwdriver-like tools with a open-end to pull off the rubber boots (without tearing out the cables from the plugs)
