One of the things I've always hated about my wee is the nose dive. Just to echo what others have said I did the heavier springs and oil up front and the difference was beyond what I was hoping. I used the sonic spring online calculator and came up with 1.0 springs and probably 15w oil. E-mailed the company and with my wt (275 with gear) and my riding style (easy with occasional spiritid club riding) they suggested 0.95 springs with 10w oil. What I've noticed is greatly decrease suseptibility to wind and the cornering is
greatly improved in way I can't explain. Just less pucker factor in turns. Seems more natural. And nose dive.....it's still there only very much less. The ride is also better. Seems more composed and comfortable over bumps. A very cost effective farkle. Total cost about $160 including my mechanic to do all the work.

Those springs are the berries for bringing the front end under control. Now it is quite possible that you will notice the limitations of the rear shock. At least that was my experience. Did the front 3 years ago and the rear about a month ago. The beefier suspension makes the Strom so much more fun to ride.
