Significant changes year by year?

I am familiar with the Gen 1 / 2 / 3 versions of the VStrom, but the more I look around, the more I am noticing quite a few in-Generation updates,like the addition of ABS, the second spark plug, white faced gauges, etc.

Is there a thread or link to a good list if significant changes by year for the Gen 1's?
