I've only been able to get out a few times and put on less than 200 miles since I bought the 2007 Strom in January (it was a result of Craigslist browsing bit of a boredom) but even that is pretty good for northern MN.
Snowmobiles never got off the property this year. Be a couple months before the GoldWing is set free from the shed.

I was thinking the same thing. But it also might be photo magic at work? Severe shadow angle and non-square box mounting playing eye tricks?

I believe it is. It is the way I bought it. Im assuming a previous owner removed the stock one along with the centerstand and skidplate. Looking underneath I can tell that all of those things were once installed on the bike.

No photo shop or crooked boxes lol. Just a shortened sidestand.
