I know a longtime ago Kosman did wheel widening but I heard he closed shop and retired. Mind saying who did the wheel widening?

Nice!!! FWIW I was just discussing the Kosman thing with some friends and some of his work is being farmed out but it seems like they still do some select stuff.

How does that affect the handling?
Reason I ask is that friend has an1100S BMW and it came with a 6" wheel and he finally went to a 5-1/2" rim. The more narrow rims and tire turned more easily. The bigger tire rim was more ponderous in the twisties.
Them big Hardleys have huge tires but I don't think they handle well.
Years ago I skunked a bunch of Ducati riders in the twisties on my R650LS. When they caught up to me they were marveling at how well I did on "SKINNY" tires. That was 400-18 tire.
