Hi all, I'm trying to fit my Scottoiler kit at long last!
Unfortunately, I have got stuck at the first step...

I need to find the outlet on the bottom of the throttle body to run a vacuum hose to the kit.
Trouble is, I cant find it! Is this going to be one of those jobs where the tank has to come off, or can the underside of the throttle bodies be seen with the tank in place?

Any help would be gratefully received,

Cheers

Thanks, but I've already got that sheet.

It just doesn't say if the outlets are accessible without having to remove the tank.

I just don't want to remove it unless I absolutely have to :-(

How hard is it to remove the tank on the DL? How much plastic will I have to remove?

Cheers

I got this email from Scottoiler customer support:

if you look from the left side of the bike (with the aid of a torch), up between the "V" of the cylinders, the spigots with rubber bungs are on the under side of the throttle bodies. As space is a little tight, its a good idea to attach the vacuum tubing to the damper elbow before trying to push it onto the spigot. You should not have to remove the fuel tank.
The guidance was spot on. As soon as I looked up where they said, I could see the brass outlet.

All sorted now, and without having to take the tank off!
