If you use Google Chrome, it will recognize all of the German text and offer to translate it for you right off the top....

Of course, the Chrome translation can be unintentionally funny - like the second sentence: "had planned long cuckoo and I were pleased at the wine festival in Soest, where we wanted to meet with a few friends to Bacchus time again to let them live high."

Damn! They sure know how to live it up out there! ;-)
