I bought the Wee one week ago and I am trying to get use to all the adjustments and with the bike itself.
I was trying to adjust the rear suspension with the knob on the side of the bike but the knob seems to be stuck. It is free to rotate like one-eight of a turn but no more. Do I need to lift the rear wheel before I make adjustments on the suspension ?
Thanks

I know the first time I tried to adjust mine, it wouldn't budge. I believe after I rode it around some, it moved freely. Try right after a ride, see if it works for you.

I just removed the plastic knob and the aluminium sleeve with the two steel balls and then I used a 10mm wrench directly on the screw. Worked just fin to un-seize it...

Late to the party but:

I had the same problem with my new '14. I used a strap wrench to turn the knob to break it free. It now works fine.
