I notice a lot of different ones on eBay, is there one better or worse then then others? I have fixed ones on now but it bottoms out with my gf on back on the low setting, this seams to fix all the immediate problems.

It appears that you need to beef up the rear suspension on your ride. Search for sag adjustment, in the search at the top right of this page.
