I decided to replace my oem worn-out grips by some progrip 785 foam grip. I removed the weight on the right side first, and now, I can't get the rubber thing out and the nut is gone discovering the inside of the handlebar. How can I get these out so I can reinstall the weight?

I installed the foam grip to reduce vibration and increase diameter so i'm not gonna hold the grip so firmly (Only 500km done on my V-strom, first road bike so i'm not totally used to it)

You're supposed to loosen the screw no more than 1/2", push the screw in to loosen the rubber expander, then wiggle the entire assembly out. You can fish the lost parts out with a coat hanger wire or take the other side off and run compressed air or a flexible shaft through the handlebar.

I did the same thing - compressed air worked like a treat to blow it out the other side.
It works so well, be careful where you are aiming the projectile.
