Hello from Kansas, USA! In my searches (of google and also of these forums) I can find no mention of experience with Powerbronze rear fenders for DL1000 bikes. I just picked up a new leftover 2014 Khaki and I like the idea of a good coverage rear fender keeping junk away from the "pivot-ey bits" back there! It seems like the powerbronze has more coverage than the Givi and the Puig is no longer available? I like that the powerbronze is available in flat black and seems pretty solidly mounted. Anyone have any experience here? Thank you!

The forum won't let me post a link because I have fewer than 10 posts, sorry... but a google search of powerbronze fender will lead you to the powerbronze usa homepage and then one can put in their make/model/year and see the products available. It seems like they make a few other goodies for the DL1000....

If you get into the mud, think about getting the one that stands further from the wheel.
Which one is that? I've always been concerned that these wouldn't provide enough clearance. I already did the front fender lift.

Never heard of powerbronze before.
I have a Givi rear fender hugger and like it.

When you ride on gravel roads, do the rocks rattle inside the rear hugger? They do inside my front fender and my concern would be that the rear hugger is too close. Any problems with the GIVI?

I haven't noticed any rocks dragging with my Givi and knobbies, but it is under the engine so maybe not so easy to hear, this one looks like it may sit closer to the wheel, hard to tell from that picture, I wonder if it would work with knobbies?

I haven't noticed a rock issue with the rear. Running a Mitas E-07 back there.

I'm installing the fender raising kit from AdventureTech on the front where a Shinko 804 is now installed.

Just to ask again for a recommendation: Which hugger (rear) provides enough clearance for knobs like a MITAS? I've already raised the front fender for additional clearance. I don't want to create a real tight-fit on the rear but want to protect the ABS unit in heavy rain situations. THX

Powerbronze are a company that I have often bought from. Well made and strong. As for clearance they are a close fit, good for keeping the crud off the back end and shock. The ones I bought had an extended tongue that went down beneath the swing arm.
This is on 2007 DL650
