I've posted pics on more than one occasion in my thread where I was introducing myself. However, for some reason all of the sudden just now it's telling me I have to have 50 posts before I can post links or images and I only have 30 something posts. Is that really the case and I'm not supposed to post pics of my bike til I have 50 posts or is something else going on? I'm using photobucket and the IMG code like I've always done on any forum, including this one.

The 50 posts requirement to post a link is brand new to thwart spammers. Last night was the first time in weeks we didn't have any spam posted.

Useless then

Well then, this site just became useless to me.
I don't post all that often, just an occasional comment
or picture when it's helpful to someone. I'm not going to
try to post a bunch of stuff just to get to the magic 50 number.

How do I cancel my Premium membership and also
have my account deleted? Seriously, who do I contact
to have this taken care of?

Spammers don't contribute so I bumped your post count.

This new rule... not the best decision that have been taked here.
Consequences will be worst than the reason that lead to it.
Unhappy members, empty post to raise the post counter, more work for father-moderator to check if childs-member send empty post....

While the mods appear to have reduced/eliminated the spam here (took awhile) it's a shame that the regular members have been penalized for it.

I am not understanding the minimum 50 post count

Surely it only has to be 5-10 posts, as if the new member turns out to be a spammer they can be banned after 1-2 posts at most, that's if the mods are on the ball.

Spam posts are pretty obvious.
