Hi,
1. Look for bent metal latch parts. Compare range of motion of moving parts with the operational good case.. look for warped plastic panel sections that make cause mis alignment. Could use hair dryer to soften bulged panels.
2. Use blue painters tape and a Sharpie marker to label each piece and take pictures of the case with labels to facilitate re assembly.
3. Drill, out pop rivets if needed to dis assemble. Pop rivets are easy to find on lots of sizes.
