Well, it's been about 2500 miles so far and I'm still loving these tires! Wet and dry traction are much better than the stock Bridgestones, although the jury is still out on the tire mileage. It's still too soon to tell. I had a real interesting day yesterday, when I took a exit to an onramp corner a little too hot. Over a year ago, I did something similar on a Harley Road King rental and wiped it out. As I was entering the corner I had a flash-back to that bad memory, and thought I was going to repeat the experience. The Pirelli's didn't even hiccup! They just held on like it was no big deal. I calmed down after a mile or so, and extracted the seat cushion from out of my arse, but could have bent down and kissed the tires for how well they did! I know others have had good results with the Michelins or Metzelers, and I have considered them but I'm really glad I got the Pirellis!
