went for a little off road adventure today and took a light tumble. Wee is ok, but I bent the bar end pretty good. Since it was dangling there I decided just to unscrew it and get on with my day.

Got back to the garage, straightened everything out, went to go bolt everything back together and see that Suzuki uses an expansion nut which I lost on the way home

Anyways, I was wondering if anyone knew the suzuki part numbers for parts 7: EXPANDER,HANDLE & 8: NUT,HANDLE BALA below:

Just replaced one, comes as an entire unit. Think it was around $43, Use loc-tite on that screw. Mine had vibrated out.

Thanks greywolf, any idea if I have to order the whole assembly? And scratch, thanks, I have buckets of lock-tight from when I had my Harley, thx.

You just order those two parts. They total about $10. The entire assembly #2 is about $35. Do not use Loctite. There's no way to get at the #8 nut to hold it so the Loctite grip can be broken. The pressure exerted by the expander holds things in place nicely. Just loosen the screw no more than 1/2" and the entire assembly can be removed and replaced.
