I'm wondering about painting givi monokey cases such as the e460s for sidecases and the Maxia for my top trunk... I want to paint them and the whole bike gloss white, since I've always liked white bikes, plus it will look sortof similar to the new honda interceptor police bikes that are being used around here.

Here is the dilemma, should I go with the e360/e460 line and get the gloss parts painted professionally when I get my bike done, or should I go with the more economical unpainted models and attempt to have them professionally painted (mind you, they wont have any gloss effect) or simply go the cheapass DIY paintjob (Color-rite, dupont, krylon, etc) route?

Any input would be appreciated.

Get them painted to match the bike. Have everything shot by the same shop, using the same paint. Otherwise go with a contrasting color.

All depends on how much cash you want to outlay.

I'd rattle can the whole thing and spend the savings on some slip-ons.
