Kevin Costner ;) explained this Polish made tire changer, it is so great, he didn't even attach the "machine" to the table, impressive.
This guy should be doing tutorial videos for living, well explained, calm, good camera angle, no swearing and stupid music...(y)

And here is how to build one:

One of the very best demo-reviews on YouTube. He does sound a bit like KC. Doing some currency conversions, it's a pricey unit: about $331USD Shipped to the USA for just the changer. But as @Damirio said, it requires low effort to be able to mount a rear tubeless tire with the machine free standing on a table!

Unless you bolt that bish down its going to make changing anything other than super soft sport compound tires interesting. Also, gonna be tough on spokes as the only hold back is the pin the spoke (cast or wire) rests against. That PP4 he's installing would flip over the rim with about 3 bites of a 6" tire lever. They really almost go on by hand. I'd like to see any of the tire machine manufacturers show installing a heavy walled cruiser or Adventure tire.

Again, if you invest in an inexpensive chinaesum (former HF version) wheel vise and buy a or make a duckbill attachment, you'll have something better for less.

Spoil my day. You're right though, I've never seen a video that starts out,"Today, we're going to show how easy it is to mount this Mitas E-07 Dakar rear tire..."

Must be hard on the spokes, maybe 4 or 5 pins inside the spokes for multiple support against the spokes...
...the guy that built the similar changer is doing the rear ADV Mitas (E10 Enduro Trails ?) on the concrete floor without bolting the changer down.

I will give the guy in the video credit as it looks like he's using a new tire. Most of the demo vids show the tire jockey mounting/dismounting a tire that has been on/off the wheel many times and the bead is so stretched out the tire almost falls onto the wheel.

I always loved when sport bikes guys would bring 180 sport compound tires. It was a 5-minute job, and the tires wore out fast.

It looks like a decent setup, I've never tried changing tires it doesn't look to awful bad to do really. Has anyone tried the HF tire changing machine? Reviews seem pretty good and it's only $50.

That one is just for auto tires. HF used to sell a motorcycle changer that sits on top of that one.

Alas not anymore.
here another interesting concept, when using your foot will give you an "extra hand"
I bought 3 of the HF MC wheel vises last year when they were on closeout for something like $27 each. I also bought a duckbill and have been working (well it's really been backburned) on a adapter. Stayed tuned,,,

When you are installing soft compound 130 series tube type knobbies with a bibb mouse on your DL this will be great.
I think these guys use this machine in their shop https://bestsalvageyards.com/top-no...r-tire-shop-automotive-repair-in-osceola-iowa when I was there I' pretty sure it's the one haha
