I hooked up a set of Denali LEDs this morning.. Unfortunately, the bike won't turn over.. disconnected them from the battery and it fired right up.. so clearly, its a battery/load thing... Any ideas how to correct this? I also have a GPS connected...

Thanks!

They shouldn't draw nearly enough to do that. Check that the wires to the clutch lever switch are solidly connected.
Will do.. Unfortunately, there are bigger problems to deal with.. Went on a ride with some friends today and noticed the bike was smoking! The plastic above the pipes had melted and turned the muffler bright red. According to the dealer, the bike was running on one cylinder, which caused the pipe to spit out raw gas. The heat from the burning gas just made things super hot. Awesome.

I don't think I've done anything to it.. The only thing I tapped into was the headlight (white/blue stripe), so I haven't a clue why one cylinder is going. Maybe I pinched a wire putting the tank back down or something. Not sure.

*sigh*

Oh and there is literally no play in the chain. What a day..

The only Blue/White wire I could find goes to the ECM. The headlight wires are Black/White ground, Yellow high beam and Black/Blue low beam.
Hmmm... That could be interesting, considering I possibly tapped into the ECM. Think that may screw up the cylinder? I must've been using outdated schematics. Ass.
