It's a saree guard.What's up with the skirt/rear wheel guard? It fugly as hell, only on one side, and I'm missing why it might be needed. Except maybe for the asian markets.
Otherwise, looks like an improvement of the 250. 368 pounds claimed dry. Needs cooling fins with brushed edges though. Engines need to look like engines IMO.
And a 350/400 cc version for the US roads.
I wonder if the RM-Z 450 motor would fit?
